SACRAMENTO, CA — Senator Dave Min (D-Irvine) today announced that four of his bills have advanced out of the Senate Appropriations Committee, and will next head to the Senate floor for a full Senate vote.
The bills include:
- Senate Bill (SB) 264, which ends gun shows on all state-owned property;
- SB 476, which eliminates PACE consumer abuses;
- SB 500, which mandates all light-duty autonomous vehicles to be zero-emission by 2030; and
- SB 719, which supports the Tustin Legacy Project.
“I want to thank my colleagues for supporting these bills that would make our state safer, more just and prosperous,” Min said. “With this legislative update, seven of our bills have passed out of this critical committee. I’m proud that our bill package champions diversity, tolerance and opportunity and has received wide support from my colleagues.”
